Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Service

CreditsIn (operated by Navavista Technology Ventures) is a free-to-use financial literacy, comparison, and referral earnings platform. We do not sell financial products and do not collect any fees from end users for browsing, comparing, or applying to bank/lender products listed on our platform.

2. No Customer Charges

Because we do not charge customers for our services, there are no payments made to CreditsIn by users that would be eligible for a refund.

3. Referral Earnings & Cancellations

For registered referrers/influencers earning commissions through our platform:

• Commissions are credited only after the referred customer's product is approved and activated by the partner bank/lender.
• If a referred application is cancelled, rejected, or reversed by the bank within the confirmation window (typically 90 days), the corresponding commission will be reversed (clawback).
• Approved payouts, once disbursed to a verified bank account, are final and non-refundable.

4. Cancellation of Account

Users may request account closure at any time by emailing support@creditsin.in. Pending unverified earnings will be forfeited on closure.

5. Paid Add-on Services (if any)

If, in future, CreditsIn introduces any paid services, refunds for those will be governed by the specific terms presented at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, refund requests must be raised within 7 days of payment and will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
